Currently, parental proxy access is not available for patients who are ages 13-17.

For guardians who are attempting to pay bills online you do not need MyChart access, please use the Pay as Guest feature or visit our website.

Patients who are ages 13-17 may request a MyChart account; however sign up is only available in person by the patient and not via self sign-up. Please visit any of our clinics and we can help you with this process.
